Industry landscape is changing extremely fast, amid the shifting of the consumers behavior, sector’s competition, until the growth of the country’s market trends. No one saying, that the traditional marketing approach is not works, but in today’s marketing landscape, the approach has been disrupted cause the key challenges to fuel the company’s business growth are also improving,

A marketers need to be ready to deliver growth and provide resilient marketing plans, also adapt the market needs and demands with the most effective ways.

We call it growth hacking.

Some marketers think that is about an idea that generates the results of traffic, revenue, or user database. Along with it, other marketers circle see growth hacking is about building a system that delivers a repeatable process, for achieving long term growth.

How do we wanna see it? It can be both, or vice versa it can be an idea that changes the game directly!!!

That’s a combination and mix of marketing, product and data strategies which are explored in A/B test experimentation across different marketing channels, to accelerate customers and revenue growth, with the most efficient cost of marketing spend.

There’s not a specific recipe or the instruction list for all growth hackers in this industry. It is a strategic process, which can be different between one brand to another brand. Sustainability and incredible growth are the goals of the growth hacking strategy!

Growth hacking formula: Data Captured + Ideas Generation + quickly test

The growth hack was driven by capturing data, and leveraging it to generate ideas then quickly test. It can’t be stopped on capturing the data only. The homework should continue to generate the ideas, and do the A/B testing quickly.

Monitoring is embedded automatically on every single step taken in growth hacking. To oversee and identify what’s working and what’s falling.

Here with growth hacking, we are going to go beyond the brand mentioned, beyond impressions & reach, beyond how many like on our social media.

Growth hacking will capture why are users clicking certain buttons? What motivates them to buy? Or what information are they consuming prior to purchase.

As the mindset, the various tools can be the arm to be used i.e. digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, advertising. SEO, SEM, Native Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, until Automation CRM tools.

And finally, defining and monitoring the key metrics to measure and track our growth process is incredibly important.
